Bu politika, Atak Intelligence web platformu ile Android ve iOS mobil uygulamalarında kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar.
Atak Intelligence, Atak Otomasyon tarafından geliştirilen ve işletilen bir kurumsal yapay zeka platformudur. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında veri sorumlusu Atak Otomasyon’dur.
Bu Gizlilik Politikası; Atak Intelligence web sitesi ve web uygulaması, Google Play üzerinden sunulan Android uygulaması ve App Store üzerinden sunulan iOS uygulaması (hep birlikte “Hizmetler”) için geçerlidir. Hizmetleri kullanarak bu politikada açıklanan uygulamaları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Atak Intelligence, verilerinizi kurumunuzun kendi altyapısında tutmayı esas alan bir mimariyle tasarlanmıştır (bkz. Bölüm 6). Ham iş verileriniz sunucularımızda depolanmaz.
Hizmetlere kayıt olurken ve giriş yaparken; ad-soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, bağlı olduğunuz kurum/firma ve lisans bilgileri ile kimlik doğrulama (2FA) için gerekli bilgiler işlenir.
Hizmet içinde oluşturduğunuz doğal dil soruları, sorgu geçmişi, ürettiğiniz raporlar, bildirim tercihleri ve verdiğiniz geri bildirimler işlenir. Bu veriler, hizmeti size sunmak ve iyileştirmek için kullanılır.
Güvenlik ve hizmetin doğru çalışması için; IP adresi, tarayıcı/işletim sistemi türü, cihaz modeli, uygulama sürümü, oturum bilgileri ve erişim kayıtları (log) otomatik olarak toplanır.
Android ve iOS uygulamalarında ek olarak; anlık bildirim (push) gönderebilmek için cihaz bildirim jetonu (FCM/APNs token) ve uygulamanın temel işlevi için gereken cihaz tanımlayıcıları işlenir. Uygulamalar konum, kamera, kişiler veya mikrofon gibi hassas verilere erişmez.
Android ve iOS uygulamaları yalnızca temel işlevleri için gereken izinleri talep eder:
İzinleri istediğiniz zaman cihazınızın ayarlarından değiştirebilirsiniz. Bildirim iznini kapatmanız, uygulamanın diğer işlevlerini etkilemez.
Bu işlemler KVKK md. 5 uyarınca; sözleşmenin kurulması/ifası, meşru menfaat, hukuki yükümlülük ve gerekli hâllerde açık rızanız hukuki sebeplerine dayanır.
Atak Intelligence’ın temel tasarım ilkesi, ham iş verilerinizin kendi altyapınızda kalmasıdır. Veri kaynağı makinelerinize kurulan Agent yazılımı, sorgularınızı yerelde çalıştırır ve yalnızca ilgili işlenmiş sorgu sonuçlarını yanıt üretmek için iletir. Veritabanınızın tamamı dışarı aktarılmaz.
Doğal dil yanıtlarının üretilmesi için, sorunuz ve ilgili sonuç kümesi bulut tabanlı büyük dil modeli (LLM) hizmet sağlayıcılarına iletilebilir. Bu sağlayıcılar verileri yalnızca yanıtın üretilmesi amacıyla işler; bu amaç dışında kullanmaz. Yönetici panelinden yapay zeka özelliğini kapatmanız hâlinde sorgular yerel katalog ile karşılanır.
Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız. Verileriniz yalnızca aşağıdaki hâllerde ve gerekli olduğu ölçüde paylaşılabilir:
Web platformunda; oturumunuzu sürdürmek, tercihlerinizi hatırlamak ve güvenliği sağlamak için zorunlu çerezler ve benzeri yerel depolama teknolojileri kullanılır. Tarayıcı ayarlarınızdan çerezleri yönetebilirsiniz; ancak zorunlu çerezlerin devre dışı bırakılması hizmetin bazı bölümlerinin çalışmamasına neden olabilir. Mobil uygulamalar reklam veya izleme çerezleri kullanmaz.
Verilerinizi korumak için endüstri standardı önlemler uygularız: aktarımda TLS/HTTPS şifreleme, parolaların geri döndürülemez biçimde (bcrypt) saklanması, iki adımlı doğrulama (2FA), rol/yetki bazlı erişim denetimi ve erişim kayıtlarının tutulması. Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli olmasa da, verilerinizi korumak için makul teknik ve idari tedbirleri sürdürürüz.
Kişisel verileri, işleme amaçlarının gerektirdiği süre boyunca ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen zamanaşımı/saklama süreleri kadar tutarız. Amaç ortadan kalktığında veya talebiniz üzerine, veriler silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.
KVKK md. 11 uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını öğrenme, eksik/yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, şartlar oluştuğunda silinmesini/yok edilmesini isteme, işlemenin sınırlandırılmasını talep etme ve zararın giderilmesini isteme haklarına sahipsiniz.
Taleplerinizi hello@atak.dev adresine iletebilirsiniz; başvurunuzu en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız.
Kullandığımız bazı bulut altyapı, bildirim ve yapay zeka hizmet sağlayıcılarının sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir. Bu durumda veri aktarımı, KVKK’nın öngördüğü koşullara ve gerekli güvenlik tedbirlerine uygun olarak gerçekleştirilir.
Hizmetler kurumsal kullanıma yöneliktir ve 18 yaşından küçük kişilere hitap etmez. Bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğa ait veri işlediğimizi fark edersek, ilgili veriyi sileriz.
Hesabınızın ve ilişkili kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz. Bunun için hello@atak.dev adresine kayıtlı e-postanızdan yazmanız yeterlidir. Talebiniz üzerine hesabınız ve yasal saklama yükümlülüğü bulunmayan verileriniz silinir.
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde sizi hizmet içinde veya e-posta ile bilgilendiririz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır; sayfa başındaki “Son güncelleme” tarihi geçerli sürümü gösterir.

This policy explains how your personal data is processed across the Atak Intelligence web platform and the Android and iOS mobile applications.
Atak Intelligence is an enterprise artificial-intelligence platform developed and operated by Atak Otomasyon. Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the data controller is Atak Otomasyon.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Atak Intelligence website and web application, the Android app distributed via Google Play, and the iOS app distributed via the App Store (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you accept the practices described here.
Atak Intelligence is designed around keeping your data within your own organization’s infrastructure (see Section 6). Your raw business data is not stored on our servers.
When you register and sign in, we process your name, e-mail address, phone number, the organization/company you belong to, license details and the information required for authentication (2FA).
We process the natural-language questions you create in the Service, your query history, the reports you generate, your notification preferences and the feedback you provide. This data is used to deliver and improve the Service.
For security and correct operation, we automatically collect your IP address, browser/operating system type, device model, app version, session information and access logs.
In the Android and iOS apps we additionally process a device push-notification token (FCM/APNs token) to deliver push notifications, along with device identifiers required for core functionality. The apps do not access sensitive data such as location, camera, contacts or microphone.
The Android and iOS apps request only the permissions needed for their core functions:
You can change permissions at any time from your device settings. Turning off notifications does not affect the app’s other functions.
Under KVKK Art. 5, this processing relies on the establishment/performance of a contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation and, where required, your explicit consent.
A core design principle of Atak Intelligence is that your raw business data stays within your own infrastructure. The Agent software installed on your data-source machines runs your queries locally and transmits only the relevant processed query results needed to generate an answer. Your entire database is never exported.
To generate natural-language answers, your question and the relevant result set may be sent to cloud-based large language model (LLM) providers. These providers process the data solely to generate the answer and not for any other purpose. If you disable the AI feature from the admin panel, queries are served from the local catalog instead.
We do not sell your personal data. Your data may only be shared, and only to the extent necessary, in the following cases:
On the web platform we use strictly necessary cookies and similar local-storage technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and ensure security. You can manage cookies from your browser settings; however, disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working. The mobile apps do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We apply industry-standard measures to protect your data: TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, irreversible password storage (bcrypt), two-factor authentication (2FA), role/permission-based access control and access logging. No system is 100% secure, but we maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data.
We retain personal data for as long as the processing purposes require and for the limitation/retention periods stipulated by applicable law. Once the purpose no longer applies, or upon your request, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, request deletion/destruction where conditions are met, request restriction of processing and seek remedy for any damages.
You can send your requests to hello@atak.dev; we will resolve your request as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
Some of the cloud infrastructure, notification and AI providers we use may host servers abroad. In such cases, data transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions and security measures required by KVKK.
The Services are intended for enterprise use and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have processed a child’s data, we delete it.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Simply write to hello@atak.dev from your registered e-mail address. Upon your request, your account and any data not subject to a legal retention obligation will be deleted.
We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes we will notify you within the Service or by e-mail. The current version is always published on this page; the “Last updated” date at the top indicates the version in effect.
